Who we are
Organising the work around the work
Most businesses do not struggle with the core of what they do. They struggle with everything around it: chasing quotes, keeping suppliers on schedule, tracking who agreed to what, and making sure the paperwork matches what actually happened.
Herdsman Group was set up to take on that layer. We provide business management, project coordination, and supply and partnership services, and we keep the scope of each engagement small enough to manage properly.
As a newly registered company we are not going to pretend to a long track record. What we can offer is a clear agreement up front, a single point of contact and honest reporting on progress.

In proportion
The effort fits the job. A small task gets a short brief and a quick turnaround, not a full project plan.
Agreed in writing
Scope, timing and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins, and any change is confirmed the same way.
Where we are
Based in Wyndham Vale, working across Victoria
Wyndham Vale sits on the basalt plains west of Werribee, close to the Geelong and Melbourne corridors. It is a practical base for coordinating work with businesses on either side of Port Phillip.
Most of our work is handled by email and scheduled meetings, so location is rarely a barrier. Get in touch with an outline of what you need.
